South Dakota: A World of Endless Wonders

We finally got to another state, and another fabric store! This one is in South Dakota, called Fabric City:

The hubby and I watched Warehouse 13 a while back, and because of that, we had certain expectations for what fabric we wanted for South Dakota.

That being said, we couldn't find what we wanted. We looked for some fabric that had a warehouse on it in some way or another, because we loved the show so much.

Instead, we purchased this Mount Rushmore fabric. Our plan is to find some warehouse fabric, and fussy cut Mt. Rushmore off of this fabric and overlap it on the warehouse fabric.
And then there was this fabric, which I really liked for some reason, though I'm not sure why:

It kind of looks like embroidery stitches, to me. I dunno, I thought it was cool.

Also, we got some solids for my princess project, which is coming along nicely:

We decided that since my niece's name is Jasmine, we're going to use special sparkly fabric on Jasmine's block, so she stands out a bit. That's what the top two fabrics are for, and the rest are various colors that I needed for this project. Speaking of, I currently have 4 out of 12 princesses mostly done, all I have to do is embroider noses and chins!

That's all I've got for now! 8 more princesses, and while I'm home I'm working on a dinosaur quilt for my nephew (this niece's brother). Pics for that to come as well~

States I’ve purchased fabric from:
Delaware
Hawaii
Missouri
Montana
Nebraska
New York
Oregon
South Dakota
Texas
Washington
